I had a new Jason truck cap installed on Monday. The guys did a great job. Had one small hiccup...the tool box doors were keyed differently than the back window and only the keys for the back window were sent from the factory. Didn't realize this until Monday night. Called Ross who in turn called the factory and had keys shipped within about an hour with a tracking number. Can't say enough about the service. Great place to do business and will definitely give them repeat business when the time comes. Thanks again!!

Ross the owner was great. I called him with a problem and he got right on it ordered my parts. Within a week I was all fixed up. He installed it for me and showed me a couple new things and was a very friendly owner who really took the time with me as his customer! Would highly recommended this company in plainwell michigan!

My husband worked with the team at ASA to purchase and professionally install the Viper SmartStart remote start system on my RAV4 Platinum. Great customer service and timely install. The SmartStart system is easy to use and is controlled through Viper's user friendly smartphone app. The vehicle can be started and controlled (locked, unlocked, etc) from virtually anywhere as long as you have cell phone service. Even though I thought I had them install my remote start in 2007, their never carried that brand. Nevertheless, the patiently took the clicker apart, gave me some thoughtful ideas on what to do to get all the functions working. Nice customer service; not even their product!
