1958-60 BIG BLOCK IMPALA POWER RACK CRADLE KIT - PAINTABLE FLOOR SHIFT COLUMN - NO PUMP
The new Flaming River 1958-60 Impala Power Rack and Pinion Cradle Kit has over 6” of travel, provides full lock-to-lock turning radius, and has an adjustable pinion angle. This kit uses a travel bar design to properly position the steering pivot points to the original location and deliver the original turning radius. The travel bar system features a stabilizer guide clamp that provides added stability while driving. Our Rack and Pinion system uses the factory tie rods to connect the travel bar to the vehicle’s spindles. This kit installs in the original mounting holes for the steering box and idler arm assembly, and does not require any cutting, drilling, or welding, and installs using basic hand tools. This is a completely new unit, and is made in the USA. No core charge required.
